Our only record of Harold A. Soper is a single photocopy of a card in his alumni file that reads:
"2nd Lt. Harold Arthur Soper. Class: Dy Pl Op. '42 Ty. No Plate. Killed June 29, 1945. Fort Sumner, New Mexico. Parents. Mr & Mrs Bert Soper. Winnebago, Ill."
