We offer complimentary room reservations in the ballrooms and large or small meeting rooms to recognized student organizations and ISU departments. Check details below for rental prices, amenities, and capacities for each space. All large meeting rooms and ballrooms have built in display(s) and sound equipment. All small meeting spaces have built in display(s). The prices shown are effective from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

Notes
- Oak room is considered a large meeting room, except when combined with the Durham Great Hall, in which case it is considered a ballroom.
- Outdoor spaces count as large meeting rooms for policy purposes.
- U-Shape, classroom, and theater capacities include a head table and a catering table.
- Oval setups include a head table and a buffet line.
- All non-wedding public rentals must work with Conference Planning & Management. Additional fees will be required at this location to address safety concerns.

Chairs, 5' x 6' oval tables, 3' adjustable height cocktail tables, 2 1/2' x 6 ' and 1 1/2' x 6' rectangular tables, portable coat racks, wheelchair lift, easels, music stands, stanchion sign holder, stairs (to riser or stage), portable bulletin board (6' x 4'), and portable whiteboards*.
