To request a Memorial Union Parking Permit:

  1. Annual, Summer and Fall permits are now sold out. Winter and Spring permits will be on sale in early to mid October.
  2. Please click the link below to be redirected to our online marketplace.
  3. Fill out the information requested and complete payment to confirm your permit.
  4. You will receive an email when your request has been processed and instructions to pick up your permit (for new permit holders).
  5. You will need to present a photo ID to pick up your permit. 

Proximity Cards Information

  • The MU parking ramp uses proximity cards to grant entry and exit.
  • New permit holders will need to purchase a proximity access card for the parking ramp for a one-time fee of $10.
  • There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen proximity cards.
  • Cards are limited to use for one vehicle only

Memorial Union Parking Passes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a current permit holder, you must submit a request every year. No refunds will be issued for purchased permits.
