To request a Memorial Union Parking Permit:
- Annual, Summer and Fall permits will be on sale beginning April 28th at 10 AM
- Please click the link below to be redirected to our online marketplace.
- Fill out the information requested and complete payment to confirm your permit.
- You will receive an email when your request has been processed and instructions to pick up your permit (for new permit holders).
- You will need to present a photo ID to pick up your permit.
Proximity Cards Information
- The MU parking ramp uses proximity cards to grant entry and exit.
- New permit holders will need to purchase a proximity access card for the parking ramp for a one-time fee of $10.
- There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen proximity cards.
- Cards are limited to use for one vehicle only

Summer 2026 Permits: Valid 05/18/2026 - 08/09/2026 - $259
Fall 2026 Permits: Valid 08/17/2026 - 12/20/2026 - $312
Memorial Union Parking Passes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a current permit holder, you must submit a request every year. No refunds will be issued for purchased permits.
