To request a Memorial Union Parking Permit:

Winter and Spring permits will go sale October 20th at 10 AM

  • Please click the link below to be redirected to our online marketplace.
  • Fill out the information requested and complete payment to confirm your permit.
  • You will receive an email when your request has been processed and instructions to pick up your permit (for new permit holders).
  • You will need to present a photo ID to pick up your permit. 

Proximity Cards Information

  • The MU parking ramp uses proximity cards to grant entry and exit.
  • New permit holders will need to purchase a proximity access card for the parking ramp for a one-time fee of $10.
  • There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen proximity cards.
  • Cards are limited to use for one vehicle only

Winter 2026 Permits: Valid 11/15/2026 - 02/28/2027 - $286

Spring 2027 Permits: Valid 01/10/2027 - 05/17/2027 - $312

Notes

Memorial Union Parking Passes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

If you are a current permit holder, you must submit a request every year. 

No refunds will be issued for purchased permits.
