Big 12 Registration

The conference fee is $400 per person. The fee includes lunch and dinner Monday and Tuesday as well as a closing brunch on Wednesday morning. Registration will close on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Please have each person who plans to attend register using the link below. Once registration closes, we will send you a single invoice for all attendees from your institution which can be paid via check or credit card. 

We understand that some of you may be unable to join us due to travel freezes, budget constraints, or other professional or personal commitments. We plan to livestream at least some of the educational sessions. More information will be provided as we get closer to the conference but please reach out to 2025uniondirectors@iastate.edu if you plan to join virtually so that we can make sure you have the details.
