This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4–5 pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week, along with techniques for better dancing. From 5–7 pm, the floor is yours for dancing under Valerie's guidance and for working with different partners. An intermediate-level figure will also be introduced during this time. Wear dancing shoes, smooth-soled shoes, or socks.
Classes meet every Sunday at 4 pm in Room 3512; drop-ins are welcome. Purchase a dance punch card and attend as often as your schedule allows. Open to ages 18+.
