Biography
Private Clarence Wilhelm Nelson was the son of Mr. Peter S. Nelson. He came to Iowa State College as a member of the Mechanical Training Detachment, Company B, from his hometown of Jewell, Iowa.
Clarence died of influenza here at Iowa State on October 8, 1918.
