Biography
Daniel was born in Ottumwa, Iowa to Mr. James R. Fulton and Elenora E. Caviness Fulton. He came to Iowa State College as part of the the Student Army Training Corps.
Daniel died of influenza at Iowa State College on October 18, 1918.
