Biography
2d. Lt. Richard B. Reed '42 was a Boston native who lived in Chicago before coming to lowa State in 1943. He was with the U. S. Army Air Forces, 416th Bombardment Squadron, 99th Bombardment Group. Reed died in action in France, but further information is not available.
