A signboard outside on campus
Please submit the following form to request the use of signboards. This form is intended only for request; it does not guarantee the use of signboards or location availability. Please follow the guidelines for usage of signboards.

Signboard Information
  • Signboard dimensions are 23.5" wide and 35.5" tall
  • Signboards may be picked up and returned to the 3rd floor of the Memorial Union, Room 3630, during regular business hours
Reservation Information
  • Signboards are reserved on a first come, first served basis
  • Signboards can be reserved for up to 7 days for each reservation
  • Signboards are only available to student organizations. Groups may reserve 2 signboards per event
  • Signboards can be reserved no more than 2 times within a month period
  • Requests for additional signboards or reservation time require special permission from the Event Management Office
Return Information
  • Signboards must be taken down and returned clean and in working order no later than 4:00pm on the final reservation date to the Event Management Office
  • If signboards are not returned, a $10 per day late fee will be charged to your student organization account up to a maximum of $100
Use of Signboards
  • The use of duct tape to affix items to the signboards is prohibited. Packing tape is preferred but not supplied. Fees may be applied if they are returned dirty or damaged.
  • Signboards must remain on central campus for the reservation period
  • Student organizations must be recognized by the Student Activities Center for the current year
  • The Event Management Office reserves the right to deny usage of boards due to violation of any of these policies and/or an unauthorized event.
